Shizuo x Reader 3(The Time of the Cherry Blossoms)"What's your name again?" Rudy asked me on my sophomore year of high school.
"(Name)," I replied nervously. I had liked him ever since I saw him at Savemart, being a gentleman and holding groceries for his mother.
"You're from Japan, huh?" he asked.
I nodded, wishing I wasn't overly blushing. Rudy's lightly tanned skin looked flawless and his green eyes twinkled and harmonized perfectly with his Latino features. All in all, he was probably the cutest living organism I had seen ever since... well, ever since Shizuo Heiwajima.
"Where'd you learn how to speak English, then?" he said, trying to test me.
"Well, my grandfather is Am--"
"(Name), Rudy, please stop flirting with each other and continue reading," Mrs. Gill interrupted our conversation. Some of the kids smiled, trying to hold back their laughter.
My eyes somehow found more interest on the floor all of the sudden, and my face was probably more red than a ripe tomato.
As the bell rung, kids scooted out of the
Shizuo x Reader 4(The Time of the Cherry Blossoms)"Shizuo, I really like you," I said with a shaky voice, looking at the cherry blossom petals fall. My middle school uniform suddenly felt more uncomfortable. I didn't dare look at Shizuo. Who knew what his face looked like when I said those words.
There was a long pause. My tears were mostly dried when Shizuo said, "No."
I gathered my courage to look at him. He looked... mad. "Shizuo--"
"No," he said. "You don't."
I felt my eye brows knit together. "But Shiz--"
"No!" he roared. "You don't like me, alright? You can't. Just get over me as quick as possible." Every word he said seemed to hurt him.
I swallowed my sorrow. This was exactly what I was expecting: rejection. "Okay," I said. I turned, and walked a couple of centimeters.
"I'm sorry," Shizuo concluded our conversation as I started running, tears flowing from my eyes.
When I woke up, my face was wet with tears. I have seen that dream so many times, I memorized the memory completely.
Shizuo x Reader (The Time of the Cherry Blossoms)As the charter bus skidded to a stop in front of the Prince Hotel entrance, I felt a knot form in my stomach. I never thought I would return here. So many memories I wanted to forget were dug into the heart of the sinful city of Ikebukuro. Everywhere I went after I got off that charter bus, embarrassing and terrible moments came back to me and made want to vomit.
There was one place where I would feel safe... sort of. It was with Erika and Walker, my two best friends that I had missed terribly after all those stressful years in America. It was so easy to spot them, having the fact that they carried a life-size figure of a different game/anime character everyday. Not strange at all.
"(Name)!!!" Erika and Walker said in unison. "What are you doing here?!"
"I moved back," I said, feeling my eyes get misty. "I can't stand America. Especially their food."
Erika laughed. "Of course, you probably missed Simon's Russian Sushi."
"I actually did," I laughed. "His sushi is proba
Shizuo x Reader 7(The Time of the Cherry Blossoms)After I changed into some pajamas (it's really just a tank top and shorts) I called Erika after I knew for sure Shizuo fell asleep. I talked outside on the balcony just in case Shizuo woke up. I told her the story straight forwardly, not showing any emotion. I had no emotion to show, since I was too stunned to what had just happened.
Erika laughed, a reaction I expected. "You're so funny! You kissed him? Just like that?"
"Yup," I said.
"That's a bummer. I wanted Izaya and him to be together..."
"What?" I asked, confused.
"Nothing. Here, I'm gonna put it on speaker so you can hear Walker's reaction!"
"Wait, don't tell Walker what happened!" But it was no use. Erika was babbling the story to Walker. I knew he was smiling, grinning that creepy smile.
Walker laughed. "I knew Shizuo liked her! I knew it!"
"I never said..." I lowered my voice. "I never said Shizuo liked me. I just said he kissed back, that's all."
"With his hand in your hair? Seriously?" Erika pitched
You only need me. TF2 Scout fanficI was sitting at a table, along with the rest of the RED team. I could feel my phone viberate in my pockete. I pulled it out and looked at the number that was displayed on the screen. It read 'Mom and Dad'. I was scared out of my mind. I hadn't told them about what I do yet, and I hoped that they would never find out. But something tells me that they HAVE found out.
"Shit.." I whisper under my breath. "Uhh...I gotta' take this one guys, sorry." I say, backing up in my chair, and pressing the 'Answer' Button not once looking up from my phone.
"Hello?" I ask as I walk out the door.
"What the hell is wrong with you?" My heart beats faster as I look into the pitch-black sky around me.
"Are you really doing this right now?" My father screams into the phone.
"I'm VERY disapointed in you!"
"Wh-what did I do?" I ask inocently, as tears start to surface from my eyes.
" Just think about what you have done. Just THINK about it. You should know. No daughter of mine would EVER do what
Shizuo x Reader 2(The Time of the Cherry Blossoms)"(Name)!" Erika's voice called through the crowd. I turned, seeing her dark brown hair through happy students with their parents. "Are you gonna tell him?"
"Maybe," I said. My cheeks went red.
"Well, better do it quick because this is your last day. No more chances. No more--"
"I get it, Erika, you've said this bedtime story plenty of times. I'll go and look for him."
Erika's face brightened. "Good luck!" she called as I left the noisy gym. The middle school graduation ceremony had just ended, having parents chatting and students saying their last good-byes before high school.
I reached the two cherry blossom trees that were blooming splendidly. I was glad for a second, thankful that he wasn't there. Then the string of hope was cut.
I saw him. Shizuo Heiwajima, his brown hair caught in the wind as he leaned against on of the cherry blossom trees as if he were waiting for someone-perhaps his parents.
Okay, I thought to myself. You can do this. Just say h
[Jean x Reader] Next TimeJean Kirschtein was an asshole. It was plain and simple, and due to a cliche scenario, of course, he was going to be your partner for today’s hand to hand combat training. You could practically hear fate laughing at you with that evil, knowing laughter, or maybe that was just Mina pulling up beside you, finding your predicament to her amusement.
Her laughter died down enough to scan the list for her assigned partner before adding, “So, Jean, huh?”
“Looks like it,” you answered with no attempt to hide the distaste in your voice.
Mina snorted, fixing her black pigtails as she turned from the list and walked off to find her partner. “Have fun with that!”
“Yeah, right,” you retorted to yourself. Like that would be possible.
To be fair, it wouldn’t have been so bad considering how handsome he was, but his personality and cocky comments completely overshadowed his looks and even ruined that for you - most of the time, anyway. His st
Shizuo x Reader 10(The Time of the Cherry Blossom)Shizuo told me he reserved a seat at 6, so I had 3 hours to get ready. I didn't know what to wear, since I haven't really been to a fancy restaurant with a guy... especially with the man I love. I told Shizuo I'll leave for Celty's place. He told me to be safe, and that kind of made me blush and made me want to just hug him forever. He was so cute when he was worried.
When I got to Shinra's apartment, Celty was there. I thought she would be out working for some underground people, but I guess she was taking a time off today. Or her work was at night today.
"(Name)!!!!" Shinra said. "What happened to your arm?!?!?"
"Idiot," Celty texted. "Didn't I tell you already? Her bone stabbed through her arm so the doctor chopped it off." Celty turned to me. "Are you feeling alright? What brings you here?"
"Yeah, I'm fine," I said. I looked at Shinra who was watching our conversation intently. "Well, Shizuo and I are..."
"He finally confessed to you?" Shinra exclaimed. "About time! He's been in lo
